Gold, Guns, Girls...

HAPPY WOMAN´S DAY!!

I wanted to do a drawing for today...Took some time, but it´s done.

At first, I wasn´t going to o anything cause I didn´t have too much time or too many ideas...But then I got an idea, which was drawing some of the women that I most admire...But then I coudn´t decide, so I just drew a few of all the ficitonal female characters that I most like...

I don´t know how, but the other day I drew a fanart and I came out with this style...I used it for this fanart too...(I must submit the other one next).
I love it! Is mostly semi-realistic, but I really like it, and I´ll start using it more often...

Anyways, here we have some of the women from fiction that I most admire and love:
Barbara Gordon: here as Batgirl, she was the second batgirl of all the Batman comics history (the first one was Betty Kane). Featuring in several DC comics and in Batman: TAS, Young Justice and other cartoons, she became one of my biggest idols some little time ago. Daughter of Comissioner Gordon, she became Batman´s female sidekick: my favourite Batgirl of all. She is a mentor for the other Batgirls, and became Oracle, leader of the Birds of Prey, after receiving a shot from the Joker´s gun, that left her in a wheelchair...But not for so many time. If I could be born in any other person, I would choose Barbara. She´s strong, brave, get´s married with Dick Grayson (the best Robin ever and, also, Nightwing), beautiful, athletic, smart...I love her!

Marceline: the Vampire Queen from Adventure Time. My favourite character from the cartoon, always gives me the chills when she appears, and just don´t get me started on how I feel when she sings. Badass, talented and tough...Reveals the sweeter and warmer side of her personality by music. She´s a REAL vampire, not those sucky teenage/modern "vampires" of now...And a real Queen.

Makoto Kino: AKA Sailor Jupiter. My favourite Sailor Scout. I loved Sailor Moon! I miss it, I grew with it! Makoto was the one that fitted my personality best, and she was just made to love. I can´t explain it with words...She´s just too AWESOME!

Rei Ayanami: the First Children. Full of mystery and with one of the greatest designs I´ve ever seen in animes, she always gets my attention. The truth about her existence is still a mystery. I can´t say I would like to be her, because she, herself, faces those mysteries about her withouth finding the truth yet. But she has the ability to get me, that´s for sure.

Well, maybe next year I will make a drawing with the women from reality that I most admire...And I will keep drawing in this style. Eeyup.
