Level Hero - Joe Evans

Finished it recently...This is the first villain character concept I´m uploading...

Also based on a very good friend of mine...Extremely kind, loving, caring and fun, his personality in real life will make this character take an unexpected twist in the story.
Verstand (Intelligence in German) is a very feared "little bad boy" due to his powerful mind abilitilies and his uncomprehending morals...Friend for a moment and foe in the other, it´s not personal, but just for fun...This is why he lacks of a partner-in-crime...

I don´t want to give a lot of information about him...
